Identity proofing with
PXL Ident for Swisscom QES
Start verification

The user can be redirected directly to PXL Ident for Swisscom QES or first need to select us as their preferred IPSP.
Identification using PXL Ident for Swisscom QES
- Scan of an ICAO-9303-compliant ID card or passport, optionally read out the NFC chip.
- Recording of a short selfie video to confirm identity.
- AI verifies document authenticity, compares the document photo with the selfie, and confirms liveness passively (no head or lip movements required).
- Intelligent OCR technology extracts essential information automatically.
- If the user does not have an NFC-enabled ID document, the request is sent to the PXL Vision manual verification center during business hours, where a trained agent verifies the identity data.
Signing process
After successful identification, the document is signed with a remote certificate and the customer receives it via the Swisscom API.
To use e-signature, users undergo a one-time identity verification process and register a signature approval method.
If required, they can then electronically sign digital documents several times over a defined period (repetitive e-signing).
