PXL IDENT FOR QES Identity Proofing for QES with Ultimate Conversion

PXL Ident for QES is our certified identity proofing solution that can be used for user identification on platforms of trust service providers for qualified electronic signatures.

The qualified electronic signature (QES) has the same legal status as a handwritten signature according to the EU eIDAS regulations and the Swiss ZertES regulations. It guarantees the integrity of your digital documents and authenticates the identity of the signatory.

Compliant with Swiss (ZertES) and EU (eIDAS) legislation

PXL Ident for QES follows the ETSI TS 119 461 standard and has been certified by KPMG. This certification allows us to provide identity verification services as an Identity Proofing Service Provider (IPSP) for qualified TSPs in both the ZertES (Switzerland) and eIDAS (EU) frameworks.

PXL Ident for QES: Integration into Swisscom Trust platform

PXL Ident for QES will soon be officially available on the Swisscom Trust Service platform as a certified Identity Proofing Service Provider (IPSP) to qualify users for legally valid electronic signatures.

The Swisscom Trust platform offers qualified electronic signatures for various digital transactions and contracts. Companies using the platform can rely on verified identities to issue qualified electronic signatures (QES).

Transmit the document to be signed via the Trust Service Provider (e.g. via the Swisscom API)

The user will be redirected to our PXL Ident for QES (if this is the preferred IPSP).

Identification is carried out with PXL Ident

Our AI-supported biometric verification compares the data from an ID document (optionally via NFC) with a real-time selfie video.

Signature process

After successful identification, the document is signed with a remote certificate and the customer receives it back via the Trust Service Provider's API.
