      the recruitment process

      01
      Introductory meeting
      The first meeting with HR will take place remotely. We will discuss the following topics:
      • Description of the company
      • Explanation of the role
      • Introduction to the corporate culture

      Job interview
      The first interview will take place remotely with your future manager. We will go through the following topics:
      • Cultural role match
      • Clarification of team-specific competencies
      • Expectation management

      Work sample

      You will receive a task from us that is individually tailored to the desired role. We will then go through the work sample at a personal appointment on site or remotely. Additional agenda:

      • Getting to know future team members
      • Checking references

      Hiring process

      We will make you an offer on site or remotely. After signing the employment contract, we carry out a safety check based on the industry in which we operate.
