Your tasks!

You will act as a Technical Project Coordinator at PXL. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to manage an exciting and challenging VR project for a major B2B client. Your tasks are to manage and organize the scheduled deliverables, oversee the communication with our development teams and insure the quality and usability of our products. Your work will have a direct impact on hundred thousands of end users. You will benefit from a great learning experience by working closely with our highly skilled R&D teams in different locations in Europe. In addition, you will have regular contact with our international customers and partners and you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the evolution of PXL Vision AG.

Your skills!

Apart from your curiosity, your communication skills and your ability to work in teams, you should meet the following requirements:

  • You are currently studying or you have just finished your Bachelor or Master Degree in MTEC, engineering, computer science or similar (ETH / FH)
  • Solid general engineering and product development skills
  • Familiar with programming libraries
  • Familiar with programming libraries
  • Solution-oriented and self-driven – be the person that takes initiative and brings in ideas!
  • Able to adapt and handle different tasks in parallel
  • Organized and able to cope well with tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English and ideally German

Not necessary skills but a plus:

  • Programming skills in C++
  • Knowledge of VR/AR technologies and market
  • Experience in image processing
  • Familiarity with operating systems specific details (Wi-Fi & BT protocols)

UX Engineer

PXL Vision AG is a Swiss ETH spin-off founded by former key employees of Dacuda AG (sold to Magic Leap). PXL’s Daego® – digital alter ego – is a scalable software platform for digital identity verification, enabling the creation of trusted digital identities, helping businesses to reduce fraud, minimize the cost of customer onboarding and increase sales conversion.

After the successful launch of our solutions in the Swiss market we now expand our team to grow internationally.

Your mission!

You will have the overall responsibility for the design and end-to-end user experience of our cross-platform product portfolio and our online presence. You will:

  • Work closely with development and business teams
  • Perform UX research to help evaluate, design and test user needs and existing and new services and features
  • Derive business processes, analyze user needs, assist in requirements definition, design browser-based and mobile user experiences and user interfaces, and design and conduct usability testing
  • Develop design concepts, user journeys, wireframes, mockups and workflows based on user needs, use case scenarios and user personas
  • Define and perform user testing (AB, MV etc.) and follow up
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and assist with coordination of project tasks and activities related to User Interface and User Experience
  • Define and design of corporate identity and branding guidelines
  • Do hands on graphical design

  • You can demonstrate a portfolio of cross platform SaaS solutions including UI and UX design work

Your skills and qualifications!

  • You graduated from a design background with at least 4 years design experience (both Interaction and Visual Design) at a startup, agency or large company
  • Experience designing responsive cross-platform (web, mobile) SaaS platforms
  • You have helped ship products in rapid iteration cycles
  • Proficient with relevant design and prototyping tools and processes
  • Advanced technical competencies (HTML 5, CSS 3, Photoshop, Illustrator, A/B testing)
  • You are fluent in English and ideally German

Technical Sales Executive DACH region

Your mission!

You will be a driving force to boost sales in the DACH region by fulfilling the following tasks:

  • Lead generation & nurturing of existing leads
  • Independent set-up, preparation and execution of sales meetings
  • Design of pricing proposals and commercial offers
  • Contract negotiations and contract closing
  • Revision and improvement of sales documentation and promotional material
  • Support the development of sales strategies to deliver PXL’s sales objectives and KPI’s

Your mission!

You will support our DACH sales team and help drive our whole sales cycle by fulfilling the following tasks:

  • Revision and creation of sales documentation
  • Lead generation & nurturing of existing leads
  • Preparation and execution of sales meetings
  • Design of pricing proposals and commercial offers
  • Support of contract negotiations and contract closing

In addition, you may support the management team with various business development activities and the execution of company projects.
